Lovely Dogs by Happy Coloring
This coloring book published by Happy Coloring featuring design by Amanda Neel has 24 lifelike dog designs printed single sided on thin paper. The single page printing means that you don’t have to worry about bleed through ruining a design on the other side but we do suggest using a spare piece of paper behind the design you are working on since sever bleed through can occur when using markers and seep through to the next page.
The dog designs in this coloring book are very simple and can be categorized as general shape sketches with no real patterns. Some of the designs feature more than one dog, or have a background like a yard. While the designs in this coloring book leave plenty of space for you to add your own designs it lacks the patterns of higher quality coloring books. The dog representations however are true to life and can be fun to color for owners of the depicted breeds. One of the best things about this coloring book is the downloadable PDF or additional Happy Coloring coloring designs from other books.
Dazzling Dogs by Creative Haven
In between the covers of this adult coloring book you will find 31 depictions of dogs filled with all manner of patterns. Every coloring design is printed single sided and all pages are perforated. The single sided printing means that you do not have to worry about bleed through ruining a design on the other side of the page. We do suggest making use of the perforated pages and removing the designs prior to coloring if you want to use markers since the thin paper may allow for severe bleed through to seep through to the next page and ruin the design printed there.
The 31 designs in this coloring book are full page non-realistic representations of dogs. While it can be difficult to pick out different breeds the dog designs in this book are very creative and filled with varying patterns that make coloring this book a lot of fun. The backgrounds of each coloring design can also be filled with different patterns.
Doodle Dogs by Happy Coloring
This coloring book once again printed by Happy Coloring with designs by Amanda Neel is a much better example of a dog coloring book for adults that the first one. Inside this coloring book you will find 30 designs printed one sided on thin paper. Since the paper used in this coloring book is on the thin side and the pages are not perforated we do recommend using a spare piece of paper behind the design you are coloring if you plan on using markers since some severe bleed through can occur ruining the design on the next page.
What we like most about the designs in this coloring book is the fun patterns that fill the different dog designs. The patterns range from easy to more intricate and difficult. Some of the design also feature a patterns filled background or border. One of the best things about this coloring book is the downloadable PDF or additional Happy Coloring coloring designs from other books.
