Doodling. Scribbling. Drawing. Tracing. Coloring. Do you have the habit?

Fun Fact!: I heard that adult coloring books are very popular at call centers. Apparently, you can doodle while you're on the phone, waiting for a call, getting chewed out by irate customers...Like Mary Poppins said: "Iin every job that must be done, there is an element of fun - you find the fun and snap! The job's a game!" Or, at least, slightly more enjoyable with some coloring books for grown-ups to help pass the time.

Another benefit of doodling is that it really helps you stop and be in the moment. The bonus?: A beautiful creation when it's all done that gives you a great sense of accomplishment.
